Digital products, like digital art and tattoos, have a 14-day refund period. If you contact us and explain the reason for the refund, we will send you the payment. Since digital products can’t be returned, the files can’t be used and must be deleted. You can download and review them before keeping them or submitting a refund request in 14 calendar days.
