All our AI Agent monthly fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to discontinue its use. After cancellation, you can still use the service through the end of your current billing cycle.

Digital products from the RST Store, like digital art and tattoos created by our team, have a 14-day refund period. If you contact us and explain the reason for the refund, we will send you the payment. Since digital products can’t be returned, the files can’t be used and must be deleted. You can download and review them before keeping them or submitting a refund request in 14 calendar days.
