Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before registering to become an affiliate (“Affiliate”) of RedStarTattoo.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the RedStarTattoo.com Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Own and operate a website, app, or online property that complies with our Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Not be a competitor or develop similar AI SaaS products;
  • Provide accurate contact and payment information.

2. Affiliate Program Overview

RedStarTattoo.com provides AI-driven tattoo design services and wall art creation. As an affiliate, you will earn commissions on sales generated through your unique referral link.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote our SaaS product(s) using your unique referral link;
  • Represent the Company truthfully and ethically;
  • Not engage in spamming, false advertising, or misleading claims;
  • Not use your referral link in paid ads targeting our brand name(s) or trademarked terms;
  • Ensure all promotions comply with FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., disclosing you earn commissions).

4. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn monthly recurring commission for every referred user who purchases a paid subscription.
  • Commissions are valid only on qualified purchases (e.g., not refunded, not fraudulent, not self-referrals).
  • Recurring commissions continue as long as the referred customer remains active and in good standing. IF they cancel their membership and resign up not tagged with your affiliate ID than no commission is paid out.
  • Affiliates will earn commissions based on the number of sales referred in a calendar month.
  • 15 days must past to finalize each sale before being paid out.
  • Affiliates receive monthly commissions for each customer who remains subscribed tagged with their affiliate ID.  
  • The commission tiers are as follows:
    • Starting Tier: 0 sales – 15%
    • Bronze Tier: 10 sales – 20%
    • Silver Tier: 100 sales – 25%
    • Gold Tier: 1,000 sales – 30%
    • Platinum Tier: 10,000 sales – 35%
    • Diamond Tier: 100,000 sales – 40%

5. Cookie Duration

Our tracking system uses cookies valid for 365 days. If a referred user subscribes within that window, you receive credit for the sale. This means that if a customer clicks on your affiliate link, you will be credited for any sales made by that customer within 365 days of their initial click.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payouts are processed monthly, on or around the 1st of each month, for the prior month’s earnings.
  • There is no Minimum payout threshold.
  • Qualified sales must pass the 15 day mark to be paid out on.
  • Payments are made via PayPal, and Wise.
  • Affiliates are responsible for any tax liabilities.
  • Affiliates must provide the necessary account information to receive payments.

7. Prohibited Practices

You may not:

  • Bid on our brand terms in PPC campaigns;
  • Create misleading landing pages;
  • Use unauthorized promotional materials;
  • Impersonate the Company or misrepresent your relationship with us;
  • Use coupon or deal sites unless explicitly approved.
  • Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising or any unethical marketing practices.

8. Marketing Guidelines

  • Affiliates are encouraged to promote RedStarTattoo.com through various marketing methods, including but not limited to:
    • Social media promotion
    • Content creation (blogs, videos, etc.)
    • Email marketing
    • Paid Advertising (non-brand terms)

9. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement begins upon your acceptance and continues until terminated.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  • If terminated, outstanding commissions may be paid out at our discretion, excluding fraudulent or ineligible earnings.

10. Relationship of Parties

This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You are an independent contractor.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising in connection with this affiliate program.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify Affiliates of significant changes via email or dashboard alerts.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
